I have managed personnel through several initiatives to meet the each grant's specific goals. 100+ people, full-time, part-time, or extra duty, through several different initatives, each working to meet the needs of each grant.
We do have the 21st Century Grant. It is a huge undertaking. It is an afterschool program and TEA is very brutal in their administration of the program. A lot of it doesn't make sense to me.
That is a large task. I have dealt with this on a much smaller scale and it is stressful. Have you heard of the Century 21 grant? Any info on it?
