The Curriculum Department meets weekly to evaluate the curriculum, to discuss staff development needed to implement the curriculum, and to plan campus visits based on data.
We use six weeks test data to start. In subsquent weeks, we determine additional visits based on observation. We see issues, offer support, then follow up.
Do weekly intervals provide enough data? It really seems that central office tries to stay informed and make data driven decisions.
